Reservation conditions
Online reservations are definitive and binding.
Reservations placed less than 3 days before arrival must be paid in advance, in order to guarantee the availability of the room.
For no-show or early departure fee is 100% sum of the overnight price, no payments are refunded.
Cancellations done within 30 days before arrival are accepted for free.
On the other hand, you will be charged with cancellation fees in case of shorter notice (60% of the total sum) or 80% of the total sum, in case of 8 days notice and there´s no possibility of further renting the rooms.
For overnight stays under 3 days we reserve the right to make a room reservation at our adjacent sister hotel.
During low season we reserve the right to outsource dinner to our restaurant partners on the chance our guests don´t amout to 10. Be aware of a not-organic cuisine!
